Swap Shop Program

We've got the right paint (and more) for you! With the addition of the Household Hazardous Waste Program, we have also added the Swap Shop. Council Bluffs residents can bring in paint or other household products that they don't want to use, and grab some different products to re-use on home projects. We won't complain if you don't have any old stuff; we're just glad to help you complete your projects and save some money.

Paint, household cleaners and car care supplies can all be picked up at the Swap Shop. These items are available to Council Bluffs residents at no charge. The shop hours are the same as the regular RCC collection hours.

Swap Shop Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• 2nd Saturday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
